2017 Walk to End Alzheimer’s Recap
The Twin Cities 2017 Walk to End Alzheimer’s was a huge success this year! Over 1.3 million dollars was raised with 6,632 participants and 744 teams, the Southview Senior Communities team being one of them. Our team members that came out to walk the 1 or 2.3 mile option from Inver Glen Senior Living had a blast helping to raise awareness and funds to fight the Alzheimer’s disease. Our building raised $1,800.00 for a great cause. The dance was a great success! Lots of smiles and a true feeling of community! The Polka band was delightful and our tenants enjoyed hearing all of their old favorite songs. Even the weather cooperated.
